The rates include: Driver/ Gasoline / Full insurance.
The rates don't include: 19% VAT/ Driver accomm. / Driver meal (long term rental)
The company is not responsible by delays due the natural causes or circumstances beyond its control. The Company will use reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrives on time to begin the hire and that it reaches its destination on time.
If after 2 hours waiting at the Airport you don't show up or you don't call us to ask us to keep waiting we will leave the airport and you will be charged the full agreed amount plus the extra hour waiting and the extra car parking fee.
Smoking is forbidden in V.L.T. limousines.
If a customer has a complaint about any aspect of the Company's performance, full details may be given in writing, within seven days of the end of the hire.
All hire charges are rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes.
An extra fee will be added to the total value of renting during the public holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Saint Mary, a.s.o.).
In the event where a passenger has an excess of baggage, V.L.T. chauffeurs reserve the right to extra tax or to refuse any luggage or property in the car which in our opinion would result in the vehicle being damaged or unsafe to drive on the road.
Our company provides local and international transport for business and leisure by limousines or M.P.V.'s (outside Romania any tax is not included).
All rates can be negociate by tours, number of days, destinations.
